Assalamualaikum wr. wb.
Alhamdulillah we are still given the health and strength to carry out our respective activities. On Monday, March 12, 2018, I again held my activities as a student majoring in culinary or now known as a culinary arts at Makassar Polytechnic campus.before going to campus, At home I prepare in advance all the tools that must be brought to the campus and then in use in the kitchen when we practice.
We enter the kitchen at 08:00 and then proceed with practice. In our class we divided into 4 groups and each prepared the materials according to the group.we as group 1 as group appatizer by making hollandaise sauce and chicken liver. But today we prepare not to directly make food today but for tomorrow.everything must be done cleanly and certainly must be disciplined.
After all the preparations are done, we can then help other groups who need them while learning what we do not know what they are doing. We also have time to ask the supervisor and the dino chef. After everything is done then we clean the kitchen until no more dirt and garbage is seen.we started cleaning at 15:00. However, we again repeat the floor cleaning because there is still shit shit. Finally Finish We were oneline and pray before going home each.
