How are you guys? May always be in the protection and guidance of Allah Almighty. in all our daily activities amen. So, here I re-implement or work on my blog which tells the experience while in the kitchen. In the kitchen we make a meal that will be in order to the restaurant where there are 4 sections of appatizer, soup, main course, dessert.and we are divided into 4 groups for that section.
Today I resume my assignment in the appatizer. The ingredients that have been prepared yesterday and have been stored, this morning we re-issued and prepare it to make food that will be entered into the restaurant.when arrived open restaurant and ordered our appatizer directly create Menu and immediately take it to cheker then Enter the restaurant. We should be clean and certainly very discipline.
As usual there are 12 hours the restaurant has been open. There all the food in enter the restaurant for all guests Who attended the restaurant.after we finish back oneline and get an explanation from the dino chef to prepare food that will be in order tomorrow. Quite tiring hell but, it is our responsibility as a kitchen child who must be strong and ready to live all what is given to us. After all is done, We then eat and continue cleaning kitchen until everything is dry.we then go oneline and go home respectively.
