Daily activity ( english version)


Assalamualaikum wr.wb.
     Right in monday 12th february at 06 : 30 am, I leave from home to campus to carry out lectures. As always we prepare to be ready to  implement one line. As usual we do one line. at 08 : 00 am, ammediately one line and we do it in front of kitchen. Before entering into the kitchen, firs we are in the absence and checked all the equipment to be complete. After inspection, we are allowed to enter the kitchen and re-implement one line to receive practice materials.
      We are one line and introduction name to incas senior. At 09 : 00 , Chef  Dino came and gave us the material. Wea re in the respective group, we are group i given the mterial that is "soft roll". After everything is divided we are told to prepare tools and materials.
      We from group 1 will soon make a soft roll. how to make it that is, first mix all the dry ingredients such as flour, sugar, yeast into the bowl and then salt and stirring constantly until smooth. After mixing blend add little by little water and stir constantly until all together. After the dough begins to be put butter and margarine then stir constantly into a dough that is dull.
       Dough that has ben dull will soon be idle that is by forming the dough into a little round batter. then put into a bowl and spimkled a little flour then covered plastic roll. proofing time ie for one hour. while waiting until thr dough is finished proofing we take a break or can help a fried or another group in need. When the proofing time has been completed, we immdiately open the plastic to lift the dough.
    We  then form the dough into small pieces that are round and plced in pan thas been smeared butter. The dough that has been re-formed again done proofing about 10 minutes later ready to enter the oven. We immediately turn on the oven until it's hot. after the heat we then enter the dough and baked about 20 to 30 minutes. while waiting for cooking roles, prayer time arrived. We perform congregational prayers and alternately keep the dough. We raise the dough because it was cooked and smeared salad oil.
