Today is the second day we practice this week, before we enter the kitchen of course all the equipment is ready. We continue what we prepared yesterday, which is croissant dough.
But apparently after we oven the results are not as we expected. we then got punishment from pak ical running 3 times a round. And we repeated making croissants until we succeeded and if it still failed then we would get the same penalty but added three times
