back again on my blog on the third day. Today we enter the practice of legit layer. As you know, legit layers have many layers and are very organized. today my friend and I made a legit layer with a recipe that we had prepared the day before practice.
lapis legit itself has soft texture and has a yellowish brown and white brass color. for the way it is made, the legit layer is the first to mix sugar, eggs and tbm, shake until fluffy, second enter all dry ingredients, third enter the butter that we have shaken until it becomes softer, then add rumbutter. for our next processuse a salamander to get a brown top. do it repeatedly - until the dough runs out. after that put it in the oven for the final process.
Today I made until the legit layer of dough because it was always lacking, but today the legit layer that we made is still not good so it must be repeated the next day.
