Hallo guys back again with my blog, this time we have entered the mid-test which was held at the Makassar poltekpar kitchen, at the mid-test I got the last day. the mid test is valid is that we come on the day of preparing and mid doesn't have to be every day. when I prepare, I come on Tuesday and I make a tarlet.
In making a tarlet I make a large size and in the amount of 4, and for the ingredients that I use namely, icing sugar, butter, soft flour and eggs, how to make it is by mixing flour with butter first and adding icing sugar and finally eggs. after everything is mixed evenly then in the desired shape and finally bake for about 20 minutes until the color is slightly browned.
