Today, as usual we were absent one by one and our sourdough day was examined by Pak ical and my sourdough failed but there were several other friends sourdough succeeded. After that we were on the line in the pastry and here sir ical practiced how to make sourbread and croissants with using sourdough. after sir ical shows how to make the dough, we then make the dough and here in the group, 1 group consists of 3 people and I have a group with fais and william and after that we then prepare ingredients to make the dough
