Today is our second day of practice in this high. Immediately, we started to prepare before 8:00 in front of the kitchen.we Enter 08:00 hours and all equipment checked by our supervisor and then go oneline to get direction and explanation. After that, All the materials we prepare yesterday back We prepare for the enter into the restaurant at 12:00.while waiting for the open resto We get an explanation in advance from the chef dino.
Apart from the materials we prepare yesterday, we will also prepare materials for order tomorrow. Where We as group 3 make a menu on the main course.after all we finished then dzuhur and returned to the kitchen and carry out general cleaning simultaneously Until the net and then rest while waiting for the dry floor. We are oneline Back and pray before returning home.
