daily activity 19 ( english version )

Assalamu'alaikum wr.wb
              see you again in my blog, here  will again tell you what will do in this day and this week I entered in material of rotation II.4 menu. At 7:45 pm I arrived On campus and directly to back of kitchen waiting for other friends. After that at 08.13 we immediately ordered by oneline by supervisor and as usual if you want to go to kitchen we will be absent in past and our equipment was checked one by one according to sequence in sequence.

                After everything is done we keep the goods in our locker and equipment we save then we are absent again book loker. after we returned oneline in cold kitchen after that we pray according to religion and belief respectively. After a while we heard direction of supervisor and at 09.03 we continued preparation yesterday. After that we went back oneline and we were given directions or materials by supervisor for today to prepare ingredients for tomorrow and my group got dessert part of dorayaki.

                 At 9:55 am giving of material by superisor was completed. After that we immediately rushed goto we got yesterday, sosok utan and a few moments later restaurant was open. At 13:11 restaurant was closed. after that at 13:29 we direct general cleaning in because all the preparation for tomorrow has been finished so we immediately general cleaning (GC) and after that we finish general cleaning (GC) we also eat together and rest. And at 4:35 pm we were oneline listening to a little direction from the supervisor after that we can direction to return general cleaning in walk in chiller after that back break and for a while we refreshed the directions from chef faisal after that we were praying and after praying we went straight return.
